Christine "Kris"(Giglio) V Bizzozero of Norwell, passed away peacefully at 80 years of age on Monday January 25, 2010. Christine was born on January 12, 1930 in Quincy. She was the Daughter of the late Peter & Mary Giglio of Quincy. Christine was raised and educated in Quincy, she was a 1947 graduate of Quincy High School. She worked at the Granite Trust Bank and then went on to become a sales manager for many south shore clothing establishments. Christine loved to cook, travel and entertain. She was known for her fabulous Northern & Southern Italian cuisine amongst her close friends and family. Christine lived life to the fullest she spent her last years enjoying the thing she loved most her family.
Christine is survived by her husband of 56 years Raymond G Bizzozero she was the mother of Rick P Bizzozero & his wife Carolyn of Hanover, Ronald P Bizzozero & his wife Mary of Norwell and Scott K Bizzozero & his wife Becki of Duxbury. Christine was the sister of the late Francis J Giglio, Rose Kenney as well as Margaret Goulart she is also lovingly survived by her sisters Marie Bateman of Braintree and Kathleen Landry also of Braintree as well as many nieces, nephews 11 grandchildren & 7 great grand children.
Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 551 Washington St., Rte 53 in HANOVER on Friday from 4-8 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday at 9 AM in St.Mary of the Sacred Heart Church, 392 Hanover St., Rte 139 in Hanover. Interment in Washington St Cemetery in Norwell.
